Microblading FAQ's
Frequently asked questions
What is microblading?
Microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo procedure that creates natural looking eyebrows without the hassle of filling them in everyday. It’s done by using a small hand-tool with small blades that deposit pigments just beneath the surface of the skin. The pigments are designed to fade over time so a regular touch-up is needed if you want to keep the look.
How long is the appointment?
The appointment is about 2 hours on average. We take our time to consult with you to make sure you get the eyebrow shape you want. We encourage guests to bring pictures of how they usually wear their eyebrows if they fill them in so we can give you the same shape. You can expect to be numbed, shaped, and microbladed within the 2 hour time frame.
How long does it last?
The pigments are designed to fade over time. They last anywhere from 1-2 years depending on skin type and maintenance. Oily skin, lighter pigment color, and the use of anti-aging products will cause the tattoo to fade faster. Sun exposure also causes discoloration and fading.
Most customers describe the pain as minimal to none. We apply a topical anesthetic to keep you comfortable. However, if you do not get numb at the dentist, it’s a high chance you will not numb before the microblading session. However, during the process, the numbing agent is released into the skin, making your pain level very minimal.
Is it painful?
Depending on aftercare, maintenance and skin type, microblading can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to heal.
how long does it take to heal?
A touch-up is not required, however, the first one is free for returning customers and is recommended in order to see more dimensions in the eyebrow. It’s also recommended that you continue regular touch-up’s to ensure you have a refreshed and new look.
Do I have to get a touch-up?
how often do I need a touch-up?

is the first touch-up included?
Yes the first touch-up is included for returning customers who got their eyebrows done at Kreem Pink Box within the past 4-6 weeks.
It’s recommended that you don’t work out for at least 10 days after your microblading procedure. Minimal sweating and light exercise is okay, but the brow area must be thoroughly cleaned with lukewarm water as soon as you finish. The salt in sweat will fade the pigment fairly quickly if this process is not done.
